Artist Talk | Ayesha Green
21 November 2026

Join us for an artist talk with Ayesha Green about her new exhibition The Highlander’s Farewell.

In The Highlander’s Farewell, Ayesha Green (Kāi Tahu (Ōtākou), Ngāti Kahungunu ki Heretaunga, Pākehā) draws out conversations around the migration of Scots to Aotearoa New Zealand in the nineteenth century, considering the underpinning social and political factors behind it and the implications for a new nation.

At this special talk, Ayesha will discuss her exhibition within the gallery space, allowing visitors to ask questions about the works.

This is a free talk, and all are welcome to attend.
